Your order will ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the US and Canada typically takes 6–9 days. If you choose express shipping at checkout, your order may arrive sooner. Tracking will be provided once your order is shipped.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping times, please keep in mind that occasional delays may happen due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected factors. In most cases, your order is still in transit—simply keep an eye on your tracking updates. If your package has not been delivered within 20 days, feel free to contact us at support@thecozyfly.com, and we’ll gladly open an investigation with the carrier.
If your order has recently shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your tracking information to update. If your tracking showed updates but hasn’t changed for a few days, don’t worry—your package is still on its way and will update once it reaches your destination city or town. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@thecozyfly.com, and we’ll be happy to investigate for you.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors, your mailbox, a property manager, or any safe places around your home. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early, so allow a couple of days. If your package still hasn’t arrived, please email us at support@thecozyfly.com, and we will be happy to investigate for you.
